ALLTERRA V-SERIES MUZZLE BRAKES

AllTerra V-Series Directional Muzzle Brakes are designed to reduce recoil and muzzle climb for better next target acquisition. This means you can stay on target better with every shot. After testing, we found as much as 45% reduction in recoil.

The design of these muzzle brakes is like that of a parachute. The goal is to collect as much of the gasses coming out of the muzzle and redirect them backwards to reduce recoil. The V-series muzzle brakes have gas collection pockets that collect and redirect gasses back and up. The upward force of the gasses keeps the muzzle from climbing and lessens the impact on your shoulder. We were able to accomplish this without adding top ports that can impact accuracy.

The V4 (4 port) and V5 (5 port) brakes are designed to have a streamline look and when installed by a good gunsmith, provide a seamless blend between the barrel and the muzzle brake.

These muzzle brakes require installation by a qualified gunsmith. It is imperative to have your gunsmith bore the muzzle brake at least .030” larger than the maximum bore of the barrel. All brakes come with .294” diameter hole, so only calibers larger than 6.5MM (.264) will need to be drilled larger.

Requires 5/8-24 muzzle threads.
